Frank Kakuru is an enthusiastic pediatric Occupational Therapist with 3.5 years of experience in rehabilitation of pediatric patients with ASD, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorders and learning difficulties. Frank is registered with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC)-Uganda. He is proficient in-patient assessment, treatment plan, and interdisciplinary collaboration. He is experienced in developing personalized treatment plans, patient evaluation, therapeutic techniques, using adaptive equipment and patient education to optimize functional outcome and enhance quality of life. Additionally, Frank has attended seminars and trainings in sensory integration education, wheelchair seating and position, Inclusion policies, Child protection and safeguarding policies, psychological management of stress and first aid training. Frank Kakuru is a member of Uganda Association of Occupational Therapists and LIONS Club International.

As a licensed therapist by the Board and the Dubai Health Authority, Abdul combines his administrative and public relations experience to build strong partnerships and deliver high-quality services to children with determination and those with autism spectrum disorder.

Mohamed’s expertise spans aquatic and physical rehabilitation, Special Olympics team development, injury prevention, and performance planning for athletes with disabilities. At Sanad, he designs and oversees individualized and adapted physical education and sports and ensures safe, high-quality, and measurable outcomes for every student. He has coached multiple medal-winning Special Olympics teams, contributed to major national and continental events, and is widely recognized for his role in advancing inclusive sports.

Sara is the Marketing and Events Executive at Sanad Village, bringing together a strong healthcare background and a parent’s perspective to communicate Sanad’s impact with clarity and purpose.

Mostafa Shams brings over 8 years of experience teaching Physical Education and more than 10 years of sports coaching to his role at Sanad Village. With a passion for inclusive, active learning, he designs engaging sessions that build motor skills, teamwork, and confidence in students of all abilities.

With 15 years of well-rounded professional experience, Maritchel Concepcion brings creativity, adaptability, and warmth to her role as Art Teacher at Sanad Village. Her career has included roles in graphic design, shadow teaching, and early years education—giving her a broad perspective on how children learn, express themselves, and grow.

Blessing Peter Gobvu brings rhythm, creativity, and heart to Sanad Village as our dedicated Music Teacher. With over 10 years of teaching experience and a specialized background in Early Childhood Development and Music Education from the University of Zimbabwe, Blessing transforms each lesson into a vibrant exploration of sound, expression, and connection.

Hoyam Mohamed is Sanad Village’s dedicated School Nurse, bringing over 7 years of experience in both pediatric and adult emergency care. Her calm and steady presence ensures that students, staff, and families feel supported and safe throughout the school day.

Dr. Mohamed Elmontasir Shamseldin is a highly skilled General Practitioner with years of experience in general medicine, emergency care, pediatrics, ENT, and family-centered healthcare. At Sanad Village, he plays a vital role in overseeing the medical wellbeing of all students and staff—ensuring a safe, responsive, and supportive environment in collaboration with the therapy and education teams.

Christian De Jesus Rivera brings over 16 years of HSE experience across healthcare, rehabilitation, marine, and construction sectors. With a clinical background in nursing and multiple international certifications, he ensures the health, safety, and compliance of Sanad Village’s multidisciplinary environment.

As the Family Support Coordinator for Sanad Village’s Elementary and Vocational programs, Lina Djiddi serves as a key bridge between families and the multidisciplinary teams. With over 3 years of experience, she supports parents through every stage of their child’s journey—from initial transitions to ongoing coordination of individualized plans.

Mohd Hasshim Hassan brings over 9 years of experience in quality assurance and operations, driving the systems that power Sanad Village’s day-to-day excellence. He plays a strategic role in aligning operational processes with compliance standards and optimizing cross-functional workflows to support client-centered care.

Wael Souissi brings over 3 years of experience supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Behavior Analyst Assistant, he plays a key role in implementing individualized intervention plans, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and supporting learners in developing functional life and vocational skills.

Rabab Hussein brings over 5 years of experience in ABA and inclusive education, with expertise spanning early intervention, functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, and pre-academic programming.

Karim Bakry has been working in the field of special education and ABA therapy since 2016, bringing nearly a decade of experience in behavior support, program implementation, and staff supervision. He is a strong advocate for inclusive education and works collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s growth.

Arwa is a compassionate and committed ABA professional with 5 years of experience. She has successfully implemented individualized behavior intervention plans, guided students toward mainstream school transitions, and was promoted from Lead RBT to Senior in recognition of her leadership.

Rohafza brings over 5 years of experience in ABA, with a focus on Early Intervention and child-led learning. She has supported meaningful improvements in communication, behavior, and daily living skills for children with ASD and developmental differences.

Arunachalam Madhamani is a skilled Speech & Language Therapist with 8 years of experience supporting individuals across a range of developmental and communication needs. His expertise includes working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties, cerebral palsy, and feeding challenges.

With over 7 years of experience, Nuzhat Naba Qureshi brings a specialized focus on oral placement therapy, feeding and swallowing intervention, and early intervention for children with developmental delays. She has worked extensively with children with Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, and those with cochlear implants—adapting each therapy plan to the child’s unique needs and abilities.

Sidra Khan is a licensed Speech and Language Therapist with five years of international clinical experience across Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Her practice spans a broad spectrum of communication and feeding challenges, including speech and language delays, motor speech disorders, pediatric feeding disorders, stuttering, and social communication difficulties. Tasmiyah Sacoor leads Sanad Village’s Speech & Language Therapy team with over eight years of clinical experience and a strong foundation in evidence-based, family-centered care. She specializes in a wide range of communication and feeding challenges including speech sound and motor speech disorders, language delays, dysphagia, picky eating, fluency disorders, and social communication difficulties.

Nicole Rosales is the go-to support for families navigating Sanad Village’s Therapy Clinic. With a strong background in client relations and coordination, Nicole ensures that every family feels guided, heard, and cared for throughout their child’s therapy journey.

Yara Noufal is the dedicated Family Support Coordinator for Sanad Village’s Early Intervention Program (EIP). With a background in healthcare management and over three years of experience in family relations, she works closely with parents to ensure they feel supported, understood, and involved throughout their child’s early developmental journey.

Leah Punzalan is the first friendly face many families meet at Sanad Village. As Admissions Coordinator, she plays a key role in welcoming new families and guiding them through every step of the admissions process with care, efficiency, and heart.

Radwa Gharib has been part of Sanad Village since its very beginning, proudly supporting families for over five years. As Family Relations Supervisor, she plays a vital role in guiding parents throughout their child’s journey—from first contact to ongoing collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Muhammad Azam Tariq is a DHA-licensed Physiotherapist with over 14 years of combined experience in clinical physiotherapy and fitness training. Holding a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, he specializes in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports injury, neurological, post-operative, cardio-respiratory, and pediatric rehabilitation, with clinical experience spanning both Pakistan and the UAE.

With over 19 years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Special & Inclusive Education, Mahmoud A. Mahmoud brings global expertise and deep dedication to transforming the lives of individuals of determination. At Sanad Village, he oversees the entire ABA program—providing strategic direction, clinical oversight, and hands-on mentorship for both students and staff involved in behavior therapy.
