Autism Awareness Community Event 2025

Autism Awareness Community Event 2025
On Saturday, 26 April 2025, Sanad Village, in collaboration with GoGo Village, hosted an inclusive Autism Awareness Outdoor Funfair, welcoming families and community members for an evening of connection, celebration, and family-friendly entertainment.
The outdoor event was designed to create a safe, engaging, and joyful environment where children of all abilities could participate in a wide range of interactive activities. Highlights included giant inflatable slides, a large inflatable football pitch, a bubble house experience, racing cars, illuminated ride-on vehicles, and a dedicated arts and crafts corner that encouraged creativity and self-expression.
Live performances and interactive shows added to the festive atmosphere, while food trucks, music, and open-air entertainment created a vibrant community setting throughout the evening.
The event aimed to raise awareness around autism while promoting inclusion, understanding, and meaningful social participation within the community. By bringing families together in an accessible and welcoming space, the funfair reflected Sanad Village’s commitment to inclusive community engagement beyond the classroom and therapy setting.
Sanad Village extends its sincere appreciation to GoGo Village for their collaboration, as well as to Dr Joy Dental Clinic and The Sustainable City for their generous support in making this event possible.

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Auditing

Leysana Zarmukhambetova is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sanad Village—and a proud mother of two. Her journey into the world of special needs support began as a parent navigating the challenges of finding the right care and therapies for her son, Omar, who was diagnosed at a young age.

After years of moving from one center to another, the idea for Sanad was born out of a deeply personal need and a family decision—to create a centralized, supportive hub where all services could exist under one roof. That vision became Sanad Village: a place where families no longer feel alone in their search for high-quality, integrated support.

With a professional background in accounting, financial analysis, and auditing, Leysana brings both business acumen and lived experience to her role. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensures alignment between clinical care and family experience, and is often the first to welcome new families into the Sanad community with empathy and understanding.
Fun fact: Her son was the very first student enrolled at Sanad. She has always believed that with kindness and faith, miracles are possible.
