Initial Inquiry

Connect with Our Admissions Coordinator

Our admissions team is ready to provide you with a tour of Sanad Village, allowing you to experience the facility firsthand and ask any questions you may have. If parents wish to continue with admission, our team will assist you in booking an initial meeting and screening appointment with our specialists to determine your child’s recommendations for the program. This will be provided to you through a letter and the admissions team will assist you with the next steps of enrolment.
During the inquiry stage, the admissions coordinator will collect a brief history and necessary documents from parents to ensure we can support the child and share this information with our specialists. This helps us prepare for the initial meeting and screening, ensuring we provide well-informed recommendations. The requested documents that need to be submitted before the scheduled appointment:

Initial Meeting and Screening

Meeting
Options:
Initial meetings and screenings
can be conducted online or at our center, though in-person is preferred for a comprehensive assessment of your child’s skills.
Interview
Questionnaire:
Parents will participate in an interview-like questionnaire with our specialists to provide detailed information about their child’s development, milestones, and areas of delay.
Screening
Process:
During the meeting, your child will undergo a brief screening in the assessment room.
Suggested
Services
After the screening, you will receive an acceptance letter detailing recommended therapeutic services and whether your child is suited for a group or one-on-one setting.
Fees
Structure:
The admissions team will email the exact fee structure following the issuance of the acceptance and therapy recommendation letters.
Early
Intervention:
Children under three automatically receive a one-to-one recommendation when enrolling in the Early Intervention program.

Enrollment Process

After informing parents about the recommendation for their child and sharing the fee structure, parents will have a few days to consider their decision before the admission team follows up with them.
Once parents decide to enroll their child and agreed on a joining date, they must secure a spot in the program by paying the registration fees of AED 3,500 (non-refundable).
The admissions team will then assist parents with completing the necessary forms and providing the requested documents to ensure enrolment is complete.
Supervision: Program overseen by BCBA and
QABA professionals.

Leysana Zarmukhambetova

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Auditing

Leysana Zarmukhambetova is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sanad Village—and a proud mother of two. Her journey into the world of special needs support began as a parent navigating the challenges of finding the right care and therapies for her son, Omar, who was diagnosed at a young age.

After years of moving from one center to another, the idea for Sanad was born out of a deeply personal need and a family decision—to create a centralized, supportive hub where all services could exist under one roof. That vision became Sanad Village: a place where families no longer feel alone in their search for high-quality, integrated support.

With a professional background in accounting, financial analysis, and auditing, Leysana brings both business acumen and lived experience to her role. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensures alignment between clinical care and family experience, and is often the first to welcome new families into the Sanad community with empathy and understanding.
Fun fact: Her son was the very first student enrolled at Sanad. She has always believed that with kindness and faith, miracles are possible.
