Welcoming Students Aged 2 to 40

We welcome students aged 2 to 40, determined eligible for our services after an initial meeting and screening with our specialists. Our Integrated Classroom Therapy Program is segregated into the following programs:
We accept enrolments throughout the academic year upon availability of the program, including mid-term, with the exception of the third term.
Due to the long summer break following the third term, students may not have enough time to complete their initial comprehensive assessment which could lead to interruptions in their progress and potential regressions, which we aim to avoid.

Leysana Zarmukhambetova

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Auditing

Leysana Zarmukhambetova is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sanad Village—and a proud mother of two. Her journey into the world of special needs support began as a parent navigating the challenges of finding the right care and therapies for her son, Omar, who was diagnosed at a young age.

After years of moving from one center to another, the idea for Sanad was born out of a deeply personal need and a family decision—to create a centralized, supportive hub where all services could exist under one roof. That vision became Sanad Village: a place where families no longer feel alone in their search for high-quality, integrated support.

With a professional background in accounting, financial analysis, and auditing, Leysana brings both business acumen and lived experience to her role. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensures alignment between clinical care and family experience, and is often the first to welcome new families into the Sanad community with empathy and understanding.
Fun fact: Her son was the very first student enrolled at Sanad. She has always believed that with kindness and faith, miracles are possible.
