On 18 November 2025, Sanad Village partnered with Canadian University Dubai (CUD) on a collaborative academic initiative that brought together creativity, strategy, and social impact. As part of this collaboration, Media and Communication students were challenged to develop innovative PR campaigns aimed at strengthening the positioning of Sanad Village through the use of Sanad Buddy as a central campaign element, while increasing public awareness and addressing common misconceptions around autism and neurodiversity. Leysana Zarmukhambetova is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sanad Village—and a proud mother of two. Her journey into the world of special needs support began as a parent navigating the challenges of finding the right care and therapies for her son, Omar, who was diagnosed at a young age.

After years of moving from one center to another, the idea for Sanad was born out of a deeply personal need and a family decision—to create a centralized, supportive hub where all services could exist under one roof. That vision became Sanad Village: a place where families no longer feel alone in their search for high-quality, integrated support.

With a professional background in accounting, financial analysis, and auditing, Leysana brings both business acumen and lived experience to her role. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensures alignment between clinical care and family experience, and is often the first to welcome new families into the Sanad community with empathy and understanding.
Fun fact: Her son was the very first student enrolled at Sanad. She has always believed that with kindness and faith, miracles are possible.
