Hive of Hope: Fostering Sustainable Education

We are pleased to introduce Sanad Village’s new initiative, “Hive of Hope,” which aims to integrate environmental and social sustainability through beekeeping and supporting the education of people of determination.

Inspired by the “Year of Sustainability,” announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in 2023 and extended to 2024, Sanad Village is committed to achieving the sustainability goals of the UAE through this initiative.

Social Sustainability

Social sustainability is one of the essential aspects of sustainable development, focusing on creating cohesive, inclusive communities that support individual well-being and provide equal opportunities, reducing social disparities.

Environmental Sustainability

Environmental sustainability focuses on managing natural resources responsibly to maintain the health of the planet. The goal is to reduce the negative environmental impact while ensuring the availability of natural resources for future generations.

What is "Hive of Hope”?

How Can You Participate in "Hope Hive"?

The “Hive of Hope” initiative offers individuals and institutions the opportunity to participate in making a positive impact:
For Individuals:
Adopt a beehive to enjoy natural honey while supporting environmental sustainability and the education of a student of determination. Sanad Village offers a unique journey where each jar of honey represents your contribution to a sustainable future.
For Institutions:
The initiative encourages institutions to participate by adopting one or more beehives. The hives produce natural honey, which can be used as unique gifts during company events and celebrations, adding a sustainable and sophisticated touch to their presence.

The true impact extends beyond just supporting environmental sustainability. By adopting a hive, institutions help fund the education of students of determination, fostering inclusivity and equal educational opportunities. Institutions can take pride in achieving their sustainability goals while creating a story of success that inspires others.

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Auditing

Leysana Zarmukhambetova is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sanad Village—and a proud mother of two. Her journey into the world of special needs support began as a parent navigating the challenges of finding the right care and therapies for her son, Omar, who was diagnosed at a young age.

After years of moving from one center to another, the idea for Sanad was born out of a deeply personal need and a family decision—to create a centralized, supportive hub where all services could exist under one roof. That vision became Sanad Village: a place where families no longer feel alone in their search for high-quality, integrated support.

With a professional background in accounting, financial analysis, and auditing, Leysana brings both business acumen and lived experience to her role. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensures alignment between clinical care and family experience, and is often the first to welcome new families into the Sanad community with empathy and understanding.
Fun fact: Her son was the very first student enrolled at Sanad. She has always believed that with kindness and faith, miracles are possible.
