Sustainable Community Carnival 2024

On 9 November 2024, Sanad Village partnered with Backlite Media to host its first-ever Sustainable Community Carnival, welcoming families and members of the wider community for an inclusive and environmentally focused celebration.
The event was designed to promote sustainability through interactive and engaging activities, including recycling-based games and educational experiences that encouraged environmental responsibility in a fun and accessible way. The carnival also featured live performances, a magic show, and an interactive bubble show, creating an energetic and joyful atmosphere for children and families.
As part of the experience, inclusive roller-skating sessions were delivered in collaboration with Dream League, reinforcing Sanad Village’s commitment to inclusive sports and community participation.
Sustainability was at the heart of the event, with attendees encouraged to bring reusable water bottles and make use of refill stations, supporting environmentally conscious practices throughout the day.
The Sustainable Community Carnival reflected Sanad Village’s ongoing commitment to community engagement, inclusion, and environmental awareness—bringing families together to celebrate positive social and environmental impact.

Leysana Zarmukhambetova

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Auditing

Leysana Zarmukhambetova is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sanad Village—and a proud mother of two. Her journey into the world of special needs support began as a parent navigating the challenges of finding the right care and therapies for her son, Omar, who was diagnosed at a young age.

After years of moving from one center to another, the idea for Sanad was born out of a deeply personal need and a family decision—to create a centralized, supportive hub where all services could exist under one roof. That vision became Sanad Village: a place where families no longer feel alone in their search for high-quality, integrated support.

With a professional background in accounting, financial analysis, and auditing, Leysana brings both business acumen and lived experience to her role. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensures alignment between clinical care and family experience, and is often the first to welcome new families into the Sanad community with empathy and understanding.
Fun fact: Her son was the very first student enrolled at Sanad. She has always believed that with kindness and faith, miracles are possible.
