Talabat Cooking Workshop at Sanad Village

Sanad Village welcomed the Talabat team for a hands-on cooking workshop designed to engage students in a practical, skill-building experience focused on independence and life skills development.
During the workshop, students participated in guided food preparation activities that supported fine motor skills, sequencing, following instructions, and social interaction. The session provided a safe and structured environment where students could explore cooking as a functional life skill while building confidence through active participation.
The workshop also highlighted the importance of community partnerships in creating real-world learning opportunities for individuals of determination. By introducing practical culinary tasks in an engaging and supportive setting, the session aligned with Sanad Village’s vocational and life skills approach.
Sanad Village extends its appreciation to Talabat for their collaboration and for contributing to meaningful, experiential learning opportunities that support students’ transition towards greater independence.

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Auditing

Leysana Zarmukhambetova is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sanad Village—and a proud mother of two. Her journey into the world of special needs support began as a parent navigating the challenges of finding the right care and therapies for her son, Omar, who was diagnosed at a young age.

After years of moving from one center to another, the idea for Sanad was born out of a deeply personal need and a family decision—to create a centralized, supportive hub where all services could exist under one roof. That vision became Sanad Village: a place where families no longer feel alone in their search for high-quality, integrated support.

With a professional background in accounting, financial analysis, and auditing, Leysana brings both business acumen and lived experience to her role. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensures alignment between clinical care and family experience, and is often the first to welcome new families into the Sanad community with empathy and understanding.
Fun fact: Her son was the very first student enrolled at Sanad. She has always believed that with kindness and faith, miracles are possible.
